Dan Dougan is a poet/musician, raised in Ohio, of Western Pennsylvanian mixed ethnic stock. He is a recovering Catholic, alcoholic and addict.

His claim to fame is having owned and operated a live music nightclub known as Stache & Little Brother’s. This blog relates tales of those years and then some.

    Dan,
    as always, we never know who the sweetest ones are, I remember what a total dick John Cale was and how much I admired him and what a ass he was.

    NRBQ… woah, didn’t even know anyone in Columbus had ever heard of them…
    I remember dancing away to their tunes at a high school near their hometown of Clinton Corners NY (I think this was in Millbrook, or Timothy Leary fame) in ‘71.
